The Westin New York at Times Square is a beautiful hotel located in Times Square. We have been able to arrange very special rates for a limited number of rooms available on a first come, first served basis. Please note that all reservations must be made by June 10, 2016! The rates are available from August 12, 2016 until August 15, 2016. Should you need a hotel room prior to August 12th or after August 15th, please let us know.
The base room rates are:
Westin Deluxe - $269.00
Premium Deluxe - $319.00
HOMEWOOD SUITES BY HILTON, TIMES SQUARE SOUTH
Great rates including breakfast have also been negotiated at the Homewood Suites by Hilton, located near Times Square and approximately 7 to 10 minutes walk from the Host Hotel. The hotel offers studio suites which include a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and stove. Utensils are also included. We have a very limited number of rooms available from August 10th to August 17th. Reservations are confirmed on a first come, first served basis. Reservations must be made no later than July 10th.
The base room rates are:
Studio King (with pull out sofa) - $259.00
Studio Two Double Beds - $309.00
